Delivery Information
When will I get my delivery?
- Each product has a delivery leadtime shown on product page and your shopping basket.
- Orders placed Monday – Friday by 2pm will be dispatched on a Next Working Day delivery service (subject to stock availability).
- Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatched on the Next Working Day.
We will deliver your products according to the leadtime.
- Yes, if you order items that are ‘Next Working Day’ before 9pm we will dispatch them the same day on a next-day service. This is Monday to Friday, unless Saturday is selected in checkout.
- If a product you have ordered becomes Out of Stock, we will inform you immediately and discuss your options. As standard we will dispatch your order – minus the Out of Stock product – via your chosen delivery method and dispatch the remaining order items to you as soon as stock becomes available.
- Pallet Deals and discounts for Bulk Purchasing are available on request at syed@zuvo.co.uk.
How much is delivery?
- It’s Free for orders over £10 ex vat for UK Mainland (Subject to stock availability).
- Next day delivery available over a cost of 6£ ex VAT for UK Mainland.
- Areas of Scotland & Islands have additional lead time and cost, see checkout.
